Combien coûte la publication ?
Les conditions tarifaires seront communiquées officiellement lors du lancement de la plateforme. En phase de démarrage, notre objectif est de maximiser le nombre de logements disponibles. Aucun engagement ne vous sera demandé avant d'être clairement informé.
C'est quoi un "Profil vérifié" côté locataire ?
Certains locataires choisissent de faire confirmer leur identité et leur situation (séparation, rénovation, mission pro) par notre équipe. Vous le voyez dans leur demande. Ce n'est pas obligatoire pour eux — mais pour vous, ça signifie une certitude supplémentaire avant même d'échanger.
Quel type de bail dois-je utiliser ?
Vous êtes libre de choisir le type de bail qui convient à votre situation. Le bail de droit commun est recommandé pour la location transitoire meublée. Consultez nos CGU pour le détail des types de baux compatibles avec la plateforme.
Puis-je modifier ou retirer mon annonce ?
Oui. Envoyez un email à contact@templace.eu avec la demande de modification ou de retrait. Nous traitons les demandes sous 24h.
Ma localisation exacte sera-t-elle publiée ?
Non. Seule la ville et le quartier sont affichés publiquement. L'adresse précise n'est communiquée qu'aux locataires avec qui vous acceptez d'entrer en contact.
Combien de temps mon annonce reste-t-elle en ligne ?
Votre annonce reste active jusqu'à la date de fin de disponibilité que vous indiquez, ou jusqu'à votre demande de retrait. Vous pouvez demander une prolongation à tout moment.
Je pars à l'étranger — puis-je quand même louer ?
Absolument. Les bailleurs absents (expatriation, voyage prolongé) représentent une part importante de notre audience. Vous pouvez gérer tout à distance.

How much does it cost to list?
Pricing conditions will be communicated officially at launch. During the early phase, our goal is to grow the number of available properties. No commitment will be asked of you before you are clearly informed of the terms.
What is a tenant "Verified Profile"?
Some tenants choose to have their identity and situation (separation, renovation, professional assignment) confirmed by our team. You'll see it on their request. It's optional for them — but for you, it means an extra layer of certainty before even exchanging messages.
Which lease type should I use?
You are free to choose the lease type that fits your situation. A common law lease is recommended for furnished transitional rentals. See our Terms of Use for a breakdown of lease types compatible with the platform.
Can I edit or remove my listing?
Yes. Send an email to contact@templace.eu with your modification or removal request. We handle requests within 24 hours.
Will my exact address be published?
No. Only the city and neighbourhood are displayed publicly. The precise address is only shared with tenants you agree to contact.
How long does my listing stay active?
Your listing remains active until the end of availability date you specify, or until you request removal. You can request an extension at any time.
I'm moving abroad — can I still rent my property?
Absolutely. Absent landlords (expatriation, extended travel) make up a significant part of our audience. Everything can be managed remotely.

Hoeveel kost het om te publiceren?
De tariefvoorwaarden worden officieel gecommuniceerd bij de lancering. In de opstartfase is ons doel het aantal beschikbare woningen te maximaliseren. U wordt duidelijk geïnformeerd over de voorwaarden voor er enige verbintenis wordt gevraagd.
Wat is een "Geverifieerd Profiel" bij huurders?
Sommige huurders kiezen ervoor hun identiteit en situatie (scheiding, renovatie, professionele opdracht) te laten bevestigen door ons team. U ziet dit in hun aanvraag. Het is optioneel voor hen — maar voor u betekent het een extra zekerheid voor u ook maar één bericht uitwisselt.
Welk type huurovereenkomst moet ik gebruiken?
U bent vrij om het huurtype te kiezen dat bij uw situatie past. Een gewone huurovereenkomst is aanbevolen voor gemeubileerde tijdelijke verhuur. Zie onze Gebruiksvoorwaarden voor een overzicht van de huurtypen die compatibel zijn met het platform.
Kan ik mijn advertentie wijzigen of verwijderen?
Ja. Stuur een e-mail naar contact@templace.eu met uw wijzigings- of verwijderingsverzoek. We verwerken verzoeken binnen 24 uur.
Wordt mijn exacte adres gepubliceerd?
Nee. Alleen de stad en de wijk worden openbaar weergegeven. Het exacte adres wordt alleen gedeeld met huurders waarmee u instemt in contact te treden.
Hoe lang blijft mijn advertentie actief?
Uw advertentie blijft actief tot de einddatum van beschikbaarheid die u opgeeft, of totdat u om verwijdering vraagt. U kunt op elk moment een verlenging aanvragen.
Ik ga naar het buitenland — kan ik toch verhuren?
Absoluut. Afwezige verhuurders (expatriatie, verlengde reis) vormen een groot deel van ons publiek. Alles kan op afstand worden beheerd.
